You can cancel your CurioOS Pro or Genius Mode subscription at any time through your Parent Dashboard. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing cycle. No further recurring charges will be applied.
Due to the immediate access to digital infrastructure and proprietary scoring APIs, we do not offer refunds on one-time "Session Passes" or "48-Hr Passes" once the purchase is confirmed and access is granted. For monthly subscriptions, we offer a strict 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers if you are unsatisfied with the cognitive telemetry provided.
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
